PRICING ONE-ONE SESSIONS

Extra Information;

Sessions; Please wear comfortable clothing. Sessions are usually on a massage table. If you are unable to be on a massage table we can discuss other options.

There is no need to remove any clothing just your shoes, you may like to bring comfortable socks! There are blankets and cushions available for your extra comfort.

All session can be in person or at a distance for remote healing. Quantum healings (Ishvara, Pellowah & Umana) work beautifully this way allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own home. 

If you are uncertain of what session is right for you or need a clarity call I’m happy to talk through options beforehand. (You can also find out more under the ‘Sessions’ drop down menu for each modality.) 

Reiki can be both hands on and hands off, this will be explained in our first meeting if you are new to reiki. An hour session gives time for just being and sharing for a few minutes at the end and beginning of a session. Leaving approximately 45 minutes of pure reiki channeling.

Reiki isn’t a talking therapy, however if you feel you need a little extra time for sharing and being, slightly more than an hour is recommended. An initial consultation can be longer than an hour and there is no extra charge for this.

The beauty of Reiki is its balancing and therapeutic effects in its purity.

Sacred Oils is something that works well with Reiki, I will intuitive choose an oil for us to work within the session, or this can be brought in purely energetically during a session simply, without the need for contact on the skin. 

Distant Reiki is accessible, receiving in the comfort of your own home. Space is held at a distance in real time. I will check in with you before and after a session. There are many benefits to both in person and distant session, it could be whatever works for you at the time. We are not bound by distance, we could work with each other from other sides of the globe!

 Pellowah is also very accessible at a distance it has been said that about 70% of Pellowah sessions are held this way. The benefits are you being in your familiar surroundings. If you are lucky enough to enjoy the luxury of a peaceful environment, you may find it easier to let go in your own home. The word Pellowah means ‘Radical Shift In Consciousness’.

The Umana Technique helps you to Access Higher States of Consciousness, gaining clarity about your life purpose and interconnectedness. An angelic word meaning ‘Evolutionary Breakthrough’

Ishvara Energy Sessions. In person or at a distance. Ishvara is a  ‘Light blessing’ energy.
