During a Umana Session the process is simple all you need to do is relax, lie down in a receptive state where you will be undisturbed. Umana works well as a remote healing. With in person sessions there is light touch through the session, it is a hands on treatment.

Unlike Pellowah you may play soft music in the background burn a candles or incense. During the Energy Activation Umana energy activates chakras 8-12 and aligns your unique meridian system. You may feel a deep sense of peace, connection, and energetic renewal as the higher chakras awaken, this can feel physical within the body, energetically. You may experience flickers of dream like images or words of insight. 

The higher chakras are gateways to abilities and insights that transcend the ordinary.
